Melba... I am so late on my congratulations! I am thrilled and so happy for you both! What a precious little bundle of joy! Charlie is adorable!!! You both look so very happy. Just one word..........Precious!!!
I'm not on the computer much on the weekends, but as soon as I pulled up to my computer at work this morning I remembered there would be some very special and exciting posts to check on your blog. I am so completely thrilled for you Mel. Your little Charlie is beautiful and you all look so happy and loving together. A thousand congratulations to you!!
So precious. He's SO tiny!! It sounds so cliche but I can't even remember Colt being that small (well, he wasn't THAT small ever as he weighed nearly 10 pounds at birth!). Make sure and save a couple of newborn diapers because you'll go back and hold them in the palm of your hand and it will blow you away he was ever THAT small.
What a glorious weekend for you, and I can't wait to share my first Mother's Day with so many other first-time moms.
I could get lost in those big brown eyes...I'm sure you do!

I remember one of your posts not long ago where you were very down and discouraged, feeling like you might never get a placement....fast forward not even that much time and look at you now!
